Agreement
Welcome to https://stealthaim.dev (the "Site"), operated by StealthAim ("StealthAim", "we", "us", or "our"). The Site includes our digital storefront, customer account area, license delivery, status page, support system, and community forums.
The Site is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance, without modification, of the terms, conditions, and notices contained in this Terms of Service (the "Terms"). Your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. We recommend keeping a copy for your records.
Electronic communications
Visiting https://stealthaim.dev or sending emails to StealthAim constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide electronically — via email or on the Site — satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Products & compatibility
StealthAim provides premium digital products, software licenses, launchers, and related community services. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice.
Unless otherwise stated, our products are built for official versions of Windows running on a physical laptop or desktop. That does not include remotely controlled machines, macOS, emulators, virtual machines, or cloud-hosted desktops unless a product page explicitly states otherwise.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your hardware, operating system, and game environment meet the stated requirements before purchase.
Your account
If you use the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for restricting access to your devices. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
You may not assign or transfer your account to another person or entity. You acknowledge that StealthAim is not responsible for unauthorized access to your account that results from theft, credential sharing, or misappropriation of your login details.
StealthAim reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, limit access, remove content, or ban users — including by IP, email, or payment identifiers — in our sole discretion for violations of these Terms or community rules.
Age requirements
StealthAim does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of thirteen. If you are under eighteen, you may use the Site only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Refunds
Because StealthAim sells electronic, virtual, and intangible digital goods, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a license has been delivered, software access has been granted, or digital value has been provided.
You will not receive a refund for partial usage, non-usage, or discontinued access. Please confirm that the product and subscription length you select is correct before completing checkout.
After logging into our software distribution system and accessing customer-only forums or license-protected content, you will have received the full value of your purchase and will no longer be eligible for any refund.
- Unauthorized use of funds, fraudulent payments, chargebacks, or payment disputes will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and possible legal action.
- Our products may be detected, patched, or discontinued at any time. You assume this risk. No refunds will be issued for detection, downtime, or discontinuation.
Third-party links & services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites ("Linked Sites"). Linked Sites are not under the control of StealthAim, and we are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
Certain services available through the Site — including payment processors, license systems, hosting, and analytics — are delivered by third parties. By using those features, you acknowledge that StealthAim may share necessary information with partners who help us operate the Site on your behalf.
Acceptable use & intellectual property
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site strictly in accordance with these Terms. As a condition of use, you warrant that you will not use the Site for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
You may not use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site or interfere with another party's use. You may not attempt to obtain materials or information through means not intentionally made available by StealthAim.
All content included in the Service — including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and compilations — is the property of StealthAim or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- You may not modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, resell, or create derivative works from Site content without written permission.
- You may not remove proprietary notices or use protected content except for personal, authorized use.
- No ownership rights are transferred to you through use of the Site.
Community & forums
The Site may provide forums, support tickets, profiles, and other communication features ("Communication Services"). You agree to use them only for lawful, relevant, and respectful purposes.
When using Communication Services, you will not:
- Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten, or violate the legal rights of others.
- Publish unlawful, obscene, infringing, or intentionally misleading material.
- Upload malware, corrupted files, or content you do not have the right to distribute.
- Advertise unrelated goods or services unless explicitly permitted.

- Impersonate staff, customers, or other members.
StealthAim has no obligation to monitor Communication Services but reserves the right to review, remove, limit, or terminate access at any time without notice. Staff and community moderators do not speak on behalf of StealthAim unless explicitly identified as official representatives.
User submissions
StealthAim does not claim ownership of feedback, suggestions, or other materials you submit to the Site ("Submissions"). However, by submitting content you grant StealthAim and its affiliates a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display that content in connection with operating and improving the Site.
You represent that you own or control all rights necessary to submit your content and that your Submissions do not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
Third-party accounts
You may be able to connect your StealthAim account to third-party services. By doing so, you consent to the sharing of information according to your settings on those services and the privacy policies of the relevant providers.
If you do not want information shared in this manner, do not connect third-party accounts to StealthAim.
International users
The Service is controlled and administered by StealthAim from its operating locations. If you access the Site from outside those jurisdictions, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. You agree not to use StealthAim content in any country or manner prohibited by applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StealthAim, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your use of the Site, your content, your violation of these Terms, your violation of third-party rights, or your violation of applicable laws.
Liability disclaimer
Information, software, products, and services on the Site may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes may be made at any time without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and all related content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
StealthAim and its suppliers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the Site, including loss of data, profits, licenses, or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
If you are dissatisfied with any part of the Site or these Terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Site.
Termination
StealthAim may terminate or restrict your access to the Site, related services, licenses, or community features at any time without notice if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your conduct creates risk for StealthAim or other users.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and StealthAim regarding the Site and supersede prior communications relating to the same subject matter.
Changes to terms
StealthAim reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted on this page and will supersede prior versions. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
